CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

You agree to read all information provided for products/ Online Exams/ Online Mock test/ E Learning/ Video Library/ Pen drives/ CD/ Print etc.

The information of Online Exams/ Online Mock test includes number of mock/ practice tests, number of total questions, topics covered etc. There will not be any refund once purchase is finished for products which are immediately delivered/ accessible online like Online Exams/ Online Mock test/ E Learning/ Video Library etc.

All sales of Online Exams/ Online Mock test/ E Learning/ Video Library charges are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that you are responsible for the Online Exams/ Online Mock test/ E Learning/ Video Library selection and purchase. ABRoute.Com & Chirate Technologies Private Limited is not responsible for any purchase of incorrect online mock tests and exams.

In a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a Online Exams/ Online Mock test/ E Learning/ Video Library has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on admin@abroute.com or posting us a message on the Contact US page (optional). In such a scenario you will be investigate and online exam/ mock tests will be made available if payment to us is successful and is successfully credited to ABRoute.com/ Chirate Technologies Private Limited account.

In case of Products which are delivered by Post which includes Pen drives/ CD/ Print etc. if we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within 10 to 15 days. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

Online Exams/ Online Mock test/ E Learning/ Video Library will be available in your account immediately after making successful payment.

Pen drives / CD / Print etc. products will deliver within 5 to 6 working days by Post.
